including throughout Europe, the United States, and many other countries.

may vary depending on where you are located.

If you're located within the European Union, all duties and
taxes are already included in the price — you won’t have to pay anything extra
upon delivery.

For customers outside the EU (such as the UK or the
US), local import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are determined by
your country’s customs authorities and are not included at checkout.

U.S. customers typically won’t pay duties on orders under $800.

If your item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached,
you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.

Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10
working days
, depending on your location and payment method.

In some cases, especially within the EU, refunds may arrive in as little as
2–3 working days.

If your item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached,
you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your
order.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability, and we
recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure your preferred size or

We recommend following the instructions on the fabric tag on the inside
of your garment. Each garment has specific instructions on how to care for your
product.

All of our products include a tag with a QR code that
leads to the Care section on our website, where you’ll find
more detailed guidance on how to look after your sleepwear.

All Rêve Sleepwear orders are packed in sustainable packaging that’s
